Refund policy

1. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will do our best to make it right or refund you your original purchase prices (less applicable shipping fees as described below). 

Except as otherwise noted in this Return Policy or on the Product description page, Products may be returned within thirty (30) days after the day on which the delivery service confirms delivery to the shipping address listed in the order (the “Return Period”). 

Notwithstanding anything in this Return Policy or the Terms of Sale, all sales are final (and not eligible for a refund or replacement) if a Product is listed as final sale.  

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Product(s) in your possession during the Return Period and prior to dispatching your Product(s) back to us. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to your use of the Product) caused by your handling them in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the Product’s nature, characteristics and functioning, as determined in our sole discretion, up to the price of the Product.

2. Return Process

If you are eligible to receive a refund pursuant to this Return Policy, you must first request the refund by contacting freshcollection@globalp.com within the Return Period with the following information:

  • the name(s) of the Product(s) you wish to return
  • the email address associated with the order
  • a receipt or proof of purchase, 
  • the order number, and
  • the reason for your return  

[ADDITIONAL PROCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:  If you believe a Product was damaged in transit or is defective, you must email our customer support team at freshcollection@globalp.com within 14 days from the date on which the shipper confirms delivery of the package. In addition to the information listed above, your email must include a photo of the damaged or defective Product.]  

If your refund request is approved, we will email a return authorization and shipping label to the email address associated with the billing information for the order.  You will be responsible for the applicable shipping fees for returning the Product (as set forth below), except in the case of a defective Product.  A Product sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

You must return each Product within the Return Period, using the shipping label provided, packed in the original packaging, and packed securely to prevent damage during the return shipping.

Within seven (7) business days after our receipt and inspection of each of your returned Products, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method (less $10 in return shipping  fees if the Product was returned from an address within Massachusetts and less $15 in return shipping fees if the Product was returned from an address outside of Massachusetts). Shipping costs for your original order are not refundable. If you used more than one payment method, we may credit your refund to any one of them, in our sole discretion.  The timing of when you receive your refund varies; once we initiate the process, it can take up to ten (10) additional days for your bank or payment card company to process the refund.

If you have not received a refund applied to your original form of payment within seven (7) business days after your return is accepted, please reach out to your bank or payment card provider for further assistance.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for refund, a Product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, and returned during the Return Period in its original condition and packaging. We may deny a refund for a damaged or altered Product, no matter the source of damage or alteration.  

A Product is not eligible for a refund after the Return Period or if you did not start the return process via email as specified in Section 2 above.  We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace or exchange your Product because a replacement or alternative item may not be available. Also, for a replacement or exchange, we may process the eligible return and then have you re-purchase a replacement or alternative item.

If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid (less applicable shipping and handling fees).

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return the original Product for a refund in accordance with this Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item after your return has been processed.
